Cobourg Defence Specific (Ages 9-14)

Service Description

This 7-week defenseman program is an excellent opportunity for players ages 9-14 to refine their skills in all three zones of the ice. From executing precise breakout passes to mastering gap control, this program is designed to help you become a dominant force on the ice. Half the practice will also include edge work instructed by Gillian Davis to maximize your strength length and efficiency! Early bird special ends April 1, 2026 All skates are at Cobourg Community Centre at 1215pm.
