Defence Specific Skate (Ages 14-15)

Service Description

This 9 week, 1.5 hour defenseman program is an excellent opportunity for players ages 14-15 to refine their skills in all three zones of the ice. From executing precise breakout passes to mastering gap control, this program is designed to help you become a dominant force on the ice. Since 80% of the game is played within three feet of the boards, you'll be prepared to engage in intense battles against forwards at the end of each session, putting your skills to the test in game-like situations. Small group session Early bird special ends April 1, 2026 All skates are at South Courtice Arena from 8-930pm.
