Service Description

This 9 week, 1.5 hour skate is only for the most talented players for ages 16 and up. With forward and defence specific drills, this is the best way to improve your game. Our main focus is to challenge these players while under pressure to make the right play. Board work and battles will be incorporated in every session to improve competitiveness. All sessions are Wednesday at South Courtice Arena from 9-1030pm.
