Service Description
This 8 week defenceman program is a great way for defence to work on all 3 zones of the ice. From break out passes to gap control, this is the best way to become dominant on the ice. 80% of the game is played 3 feet from the boards, so be prepared to battle against forwards at the end of each skate! Small group session! Early bird special ends April 1, 2024 All skates are at South Courtice Arena at 7pm.
